I'll be running a 30 day healthy weight challenge plan during the summer months. It is a tried and tested programme which hasn't failed yet in helping participants to shed pounds. Rather than a crash diet, I will be running a carefully structured course which will help you establish a healthier relationship with food - it will involve reflecting on what your eating motives are and the role that sleep, exercise and rest can play in controlling weight. There are a number of conditions which may affect weight - including metabolic issues and adrenal imbalances so during the programme you will also gain an understanding of these.
As part of the 30 day programme you will receive an initial consultation, a structured supplement protocol (with accompanying supplements), a targeted food plan, FAQ's, recipes, menu planners, a workbook to complete and a private facebook group where participants can share recipes, ideas and experiences. You will also receive support from me throughout the programme via facebook, email or phone if you don't use social media.
