Raspberry and chocolate muffins 😋


2 cups of flour of choice (I used 1 cup of almond flour & 1 cup of self raising

1/2 cup of coconut palm sugar

2 eggs beaten

1/2 large banana mashed

1/2 cup of melted butter

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

pinch of sea salt

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp maca powder (optional)

Large handful of raspberries

small handful of dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 180.

Mix everything together, apart from raspberries and choc chips, to form a batter consistency. Then add the raspberries and choc chips and mix gently. Spoon the mixture evenly between 12 muffin cases and bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes
