Breakfast Inspiration

Spice up your overnight oats with turmeric. Sounds a bit whacky I know but it tastes surprisingly good!

I came across this by accident really, last night I made myself a turmeric latte and had some left over so I decided to pour it over some oats, chia seeds and flax seed and leave it in the fridge overnight. Wow! it really works!


I made a turmeric latte with coconut milk, turmeric (obviously), cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, maca, black pepper and 1/2 tsp honey. I whisk together in a saucepan over a low heat until it is warmed through, leave to call for a while then pour it over your oats and seeds. Pop in the fridge overnight and serve with grated apple and walnuts.


Voila!
