Spirulina for Hormone Balancing



Spirulina is a blue/green algae which is a fantastic source of iron and antioxidants. It’s great for us women as it helps to naturally balance our hormones by supporting the liver to detoxify excess oestrogen, it is also said to help reduce hormone imbalance symptoms such as mood swings and acne whilst supporting our energy production.


Spirulina forms part of a hormone balancing smoothie that will be available to try at our upcoming “Let’s Talk Hormones” workshop on 10th Nov @at_number11. There are a couple of tickets still available if anyone is interested.
