Cranberry and Almond superfood protein balls
These are so easy to make and great for breakfast on the go, kids lunchboxes, a post exercise snack or just enjoy with a cup of tea like me :)
1 cup of oats
1 handful of almonds - roughly chopped
1/3 cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of almond butter
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp Revolution Foods mixed berry protein powder
1 tsp baobab
1/3 cup of dried cranberries - roughly chopped
Bake the oats, almonds and coconut in the over for about 8 mins on 180 turning once, allow to cool. Melt the nut butter in a pan until runny, mix everything together in a mixing bowl. Shape into balls and then either refrigerate (if you will be eating quickly like us) or freeze for later in the week.
